Become an APodC Media Rep
Would you like to become a spokesperson for the profession?
We’re always on the look out for enthusiastic and experienced podiatrists to represent the APodC in the national media – through answering interview requests, driving publicity from the ground up, or providing information for media releases.
This isn’t a big time commitment, but we do need representatives to be easily accessible and available at short notice.
We’re looking for several representatives from each state, and any interested podiatrists can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or to get involved.
Do you have a great story to share about your work as a podiatrist?
We’re also looking for case studies from member podiatrists to include in upcoming editions of Australian Podiatrist. Case studies are a great opportunity to showcase difficult or unusual cases and explore different ways of dealing with clinical situations.
If you have an example you’d like to share, with patient confidentiality assured, contact email@example.com to discuss. Alternatively, if you’ve got an idea for an article on a new or unusual topic, or you’ve done something with your podiatry skills that you’d like to share, we would love to hear from you too!
Want to get in touch with your inner scientific editor?
Finally, we still need members to sign up to be an assistant clinical editor, and spend a few hours proofing and approving the material that the APodC creates for YOU! Earn CPD hours and help us make better resources. No editing experience required!
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get involved.
